- Mix the wheat flour, liquid milk, boiled potato, salt and butter in the pan. Cook until the dough is thick, 2 minutes.
- Then remove from the heat, wait for it to cool and knead the dough with your hands until it is very soft. Apply olive oil to your hands, as the dough will stick a little.
- Make the coxinha shape, add your stuffing (chicken) pass the yolk and breadcrumbs and take it to fry in the hot oil. Swipe on a paper towel and you're done!
