- chicken broth1 unit(s)
- water2 cup
- Heavy cream2 can(s)
- cream cheese1 cup
- diced ham100 g
- pea1 can(s)
- Salt to taste
- penne pasta, screw or tie500 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling to taste
- black pepper to taste
- Dissolve the chicken broth in the water, pour it into a pressure cooker and add the Heavy cream, the ham, the peas, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the macaroni and mix with a spoon. Cover, place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes after the pressure starts.
- Turn off and let the pressure come out naturally. Open the pan, transfer to a platter
- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and voila. just serve.
