- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk or warm water1.1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour5 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the sugar, yeast and warm water.
- Stir with fouet or spoon until well dissolved.
- Add the egg, oil and salt.
- Add 2 cups of wheat and mix the dough well until smooth.
- Add the rest of the wheat little by little until the dough no longer sticks to your hand.
- Place the dough on a bench and knead for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic and a tea towel over it and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After the dough rises, squeeze the dough to get the air out of the dough.
- Grease a mold with margarine and wheat flour.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts.
- Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and shape the buns.
- Put it in the mold and let it rest for 1 hour.
- For the bread to be golden, take an egg yolk and beat with 2 tablespoons of cold milk and brush over the breads.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
