Couscous

Em uma panela coloque cuscuz de molho deixa descansar.  

In a pan put the couscous and let it rest.

Depois coloque numa cuscuzeira e leve ao fogo 25 minutos. 

Then place in a couscous pan and heat for 25 minutes.

Depois coloque numa panela a mortadela e os ovos e a cebola e refogue. 

Then place the bologna, eggs and onion in a pan and sauté.

Depois que o cuscuz estiver cozinhando. Coloque junto com a mortadela e os ovos. 

After the couscous is cooking. Put it together with the mortadella and eggs.
