Half chicken breast1/2 unit(s)
Cheese of your choice1 to taste
grated cheese1 to taste
Olive (optional)1 to taste

Season the chicken with the vegetables to taste (garlic, onion, cilantro). Fry the chicken and set aside.
Cook the potatoes until softened and puree.
Grease the mold with margarine so it doesn't stick and make the first layer with the puree.
After putting the puree add the chicken and cheese on top
Then close with the rest of the puree put the rest of the cheese. Grated cheese and olives. Bake in the oven until the cheese is browned and it's ready.
