- Chopped Carrots1 unit(s)
- Beef broth1 l
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fry the smoked pepperoni sausage and reserve. In another pan, sauté the onion with 1 strand of olive oil, then place the chopped carrot and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Then add the beef broth and boil until the carrots are cooked. In another pan, cook the capelleti Al dente, drain and mix with the meat broth, along with the sausage. Sprinkle the parsley and serve next.
