- Stuffing Ingredients 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 tablespoon of margarine 1/2 chopped onion 2 cloves of minced garlic salt to taste Black pepper to taste 1 chopped tomato 1/2 cup of tomato sauce (tomato sauce) 1/2 can of green corn chopped green chili to taste
- Stuffing preparation method 1-In a pan put the butter and take it to the medium fire. 2-After the butter has melted, add the onion, garlic and let it brown. 3-Then add the shredded chicken breast, salt, pepper and let it sauté a little. 4-Add the chopped tomato, tomato sauce, green corn and sauté for 2 minutes. 5-To finish, add the green smell and mix well. 6-Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool down a bit.
- Dough preparation method 1-In the blender, add all the ingredients, except the yeast. 2-Beat for about 3 minutes. 3-Then put the yeast and mix gently. 4-Pour half the dough into a greased and infarinhada shape. 5-Put the stuffing on top and cover with the rest of the dough. 6-Take to preheated oven, 180° for approximately 45 minutes or until golden.
