- * Never wash the meat, ever! * Dry the surface of the steak with clean paper or cloth. * Keep the pan hot, really hot! * Add Olive Oil and Butter. * Place 01 or 02 steaks at a time. Do not fill the pan!
- * Put Salt and Pepper, the Clove of Garlic and Thyme. * When it starts to sweat on the surface (+\- 5 minutes), it's time to turn the steak to grill the other side. * Grilled steak is always the best option! * Let the steaks rest for 2 or 4 minutes (varies according to height) before slicing, so that the meat juices return to the center. 🥩😋👍🏼
