  • grated onion2 unit(s)
  • Sliced ham200 g
  • Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Garlic and Salt to taste
  1. Season the ground beef with the grated onion, green seasoning, garlic and salt. (If you want you can trigger other dry seasonings) .
  2. Place the seasoned meat on a sheet of foil or parchment paper and roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm, more or less.
  3. Forre the meat with the ham and cheese, you can also put green corn, peas and cottage cheese.
  4. Roll the meat, with the help of the sheet of foil or butter, in the form of a rocambole.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
