Dark chocolate185 g
Butter185 g
Refined sugar250 g
Eggs3 unit(s)
Wheat flour94 g
Salt3 g
Cocoa powder45 g
Milk chocolate80 g
White chocolate80 g

Melt the roughly chopped semi-sweet chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie
Mix the sugar (sifted) with the eggs (sifted) and beat until a whitish cream forms.
Add the melted dark chocolate and butter to the egg and sugar mixture.
Add the salt (sifted), wheat flour (sifted) and cocoa powder (sifted)
Roughly chop the white and milk chocolates and incorporate into the dough
Pour the mixture into a greased medium pan (with butter and flour or baking paper) and place in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Bake for approximately 30’
