- Fractionated white chocolate or 5 white chocolate bars500 g
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 to taste
- Colored sprinkles or of your choice to decorate1 to taste
- Acetado form for chocolate egg1 unit(s)
- In the pan, take the condensed milk, the cream, the butter and 100g of white chocolate or 1 bar of chocolate, with the vanilla essence to taste, and stir well until it thickens, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate or pot and Reserve
- Then Melt 400g of white chocolate in a bain marie stirring or every 15 seconds in the microwave stirring well,
- When completely melted, gradually pour into the egg mold and fill in until a shell forms, remove the excess and place in the freezer for 5 minutes and when the chocolate is hard, repeat the process until it reaches the desired thickness.
- Once the eggshell is ready, carefully remove it from the mold and place it on a plate, then place the filling at room temperature, being careful not to break the shell, and decorate it with sprinkles of your choice and it's ready
