- Beat the butter with the sugar for approximately 2 minutes until it forms a lighter cream. Add the vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until combined. Add half of the flour mixture and half of the milk. Mix everything together and then add the other half of the flour and milk. Finally, mix the yeast and bicarbonate. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200˚C until golden and you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool a little to unmold.
- In a pan, add the condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Cook over medium/low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the point of brigadeiro (when the mixture comes off the bottom of the pan). Add the cream and mix, mix well and turn off the heat. Place the brigadeiro in a small bowl and cover with plastic in contact with the candy so it doesn't form a film. Use after cold.
