- Condensed milk790 g
- Cornstarch2 tablespoon
- Vanilla1 tablespoon
- Egg yolk3 unit(s)
- Milk240 ml
- Heavy cream400 g
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Chestnuts or walnuts to taste
- Melted chocolate200 g
- In a pan, add the condensed milk, cornstarch and mix well, until the starch dissolves completely.
- Add the sifted egg yolks, vanilla essence and milk. I turned it on to medium heat and stir until it thickens.
- Then add the Heavy cream and mix well.
- Now divide the cream into three equal parts.
- Add 100g of semi-sweet chocolate to two parts of the cream and mix well.
- In a dish, add the chocolate cream and spread well. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Then, add the white cream and refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
- Now, add the other part of the chocolate cream and spread. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Finish with chopped chestnuts or walnuts and melted semi-sweet chocolate.
- Take it back to the fridge for another 2 hours.
