  • Cornmeal11/2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup

  1. First put the liquid ingredients in the blender (Milk, Oil and Eggs) and beat for one minute.
  2. Add the corn, sugar and cornmeal and beat for another minute.
  3. Add the yeast and beat just to mix.
  4. Grease a 25cm shape with margarine and wheat flour and pour the dough. Interesting that your oven is preheated to 180 degrees, put it to bake for approximately 40 minutes. At this time, do the toothpick test, being able to vary this time to more or less.
