Brigadeiro De Caipirinha

Primeiro tirar as raspas dos limões e reservar. Em uma panela, no fogo médio, colocar o leite condensado, a manteiga o chocolate branco. E misturar sempre até engrossar.

First remove the zest from the lemons and set aside. In a pan, over medium heat, add condensed milk, butter and white chocolate. And mix constantly until thickened.

Tirar do fogo a panela e colocar aos poucos o suco de limão e a vodka e misturar bem. Levar de volta para o fogo e  colocar metade das raspas do limão e misturar bem até desgrudar do fundo da panela. Deixe esfriar bem para enrolar e passar no açúcar cristal com as raspas do limão. 

Remove the pan from the heat and gradually add the lemon juice and vodka and mix well. Bring it back to the heat and add half of the lemon zest and mix well until it comes off the bottom of the pan. Let it cool well to roll it up and roll it in crystal sugar with the lemon zest.
